Paul is a registered nurse with over 37 years of experience and currently provides professional advice to Ministers, the Welsh Government and the NHS on primary and community care.
His previous roles include deputy director of nursing roles as well as senior management roles within the NHS in both hospital and community organisations.
Paul has undertaken leadership studies at Harvard and visited integrated community services in the Netherlands to support his work. Paul provides the nursing voice for decarbonisation and climate change within Welsh Government. He is the author of a number of papers including national guidance in Wales.
