Queen’s Nurse application support workshop for Global Majority applicants

This free online supportive session is open to any nurse from the Global Majority (Black and Minority Ethnic applicants) interested in applying for a Queen’s Nurse title.
During the session, we will cover:
- Understanding the role of a Queen’s Nurse
- Navigating the Queen’s Nurse application process
- Demonstrating how you meet the criteria to become a Queen’s Nurse
- Aligning your experience with the values of a Queen’s Nurse
- Connecting your vision for community nursing with the current health and social care agenda.
Speaker
We are delighted to have Queen’s Nurse Kendra Schneller MBE leading the workshop. Kendra is an award-winning nursing specialist with over 15 years of working with underserved communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, refugee and asylum seekers and people who are on the streets. Kendra has been a Queen’s Nurse for four years and has undertaken several QNI programmes during that time.
