Ambition to Lead 2025-26: Applications Opening Soon

The QNI is pleased to announce that applications for the next cohort of its Ambition to Lead programme will be opening on Monday 24th February 2025.
The programme is open to experienced nurses and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) working in the community, primary care, and social care.
The programme is designed to support the professional development of the participants to become future leaders in healthcare. Participants will engage in a diverse range of learning experiences, including presentations, online sessions, lectures, and group work, collectively contributing to a transformative 12-month journey. With a strong emphasis on mentorship and hands-on projects, the programme aims to develop resilient and forward-thinking professionals ready to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
Applications will be open from Monday 24th February 2025 to Monday 7th April 2025.
