Research Masterclass: Conducting Service Evaluations

This free 1-hour workshop covered conducting service evaluations, and featured Helen Marshall, Kate Lippiett and Rachael Moses.
This masterclass was part of a series of events by the QNI’s Community Nursing Research Forum and was open to all community nurses and midwives interested in research.
About the speaker
Rachael Moses, is a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist and works nationally for NHS England as a Clinical Advisor in Respiratory as well as Head of Clinical Leadership Development with the NHS Leadership Academy. Rachael discussed how to use your clinical passions and interests to help evaluate services, particularly when you feel there are gaps in provision or areas where improvements in patient care is needed. Rachael used examples where she has led small and larger service improvements for her patient groups.
