Executive Nurses

Community nurses occupy executive level positions within a wide range of organisations that deliver healthcare.

The QNI has created a network that brings together Chief Nurses, Directors of Nursing and Deputy and Associate Directors of Nursing to share best practice and support the strategic delivery of nursing care in their localities.  It also provides a collective voice for the executive nurses on issues related to quality, service improvement, education and workforce planning.
