Queen’s Nurse wins London NHS Leadership Recognition Award

Queen’s Nurse Juliet Okpara has won a 2017 London NHS Leadership Recognition Award in the category of “Excellence in Patient Experience”.
She was nominated for the award by relatives of a patient who has been under her care.
Juliet has made a noticeable impact in the way she engages with patients which has made a real difference in their lives. She is highly effective leader that captures and champions the views of patients /service users and demonstrate change that has been achieved through actively capturing the patients voice, to positively influence service delivery
