Get Involved
If you want to get more closely involved with the work of the QNI’s Homeless Health Network, then there are a number of opportunities to contribute.
Develop your own local homeless health event
You may be keen to raise awareness of homelessness and health in your local area, or bring together a meeting of local professionals and service users around the issue. The QNI can support by sharing details with the Homeless Health Network in your area, or by offering support and advice. If you want more information on how to start the process please contact Kirit Sehmbi, QNI Homeless and Inclusion Health Project Lead.
Write an article for Homeless Health News
An article in Homeless Health News helps to share your evidence, research, or event. The publication has a circulation of over 1600 – all people working in or with an interest in homeless health in the UK. To submit an article, or get in touch with an idea, please email Kirit.
If you wish to receive Homeless Health News, please register your details here.
Present at an event
The QNI organises topic-led learning and networking days for professionals working in homelessness and health. If you would like to suggest a topic, recommend a speaker or put yourself forward as a speaker at one of these events, then it would be great to hear from you.
Send us your feedback
We are always looking at ways to improve our support to community nurses who care for people in need. If we can do anything differently or better, or you just want to get in touch, please contact Kirit Sehmbi.
